Do I need an active Elegant Themes membership to buy NDOTB Membership?

Ensure your Elegant Themes Membership stays active for Divi Theme Updates and support. Active members enjoy exclusive perks and contribute to the team’s growth for more awesome features.

What platform do you use for the membership and store?

We currently use Payhip as our membership platform for processing payment and automatic access: https://payhip.com. Now the payment processing is integrated on our website and you won’t need to leave the page for buying the membership. The files are hosted by Payhip. Some of our layouts can also be purchased on Divi Marketplace.

How do I download the layouts of NDOTB Membership?

For users who bought the NDOTB Lifetime Membership, click the user icon on the top of the page https://payhip.com/newdiviontheblock and enter the login and password you used to create your account:

After logging in, you will see the thumbnail of the product you bought. Just click it to access your member area.

P.S.: If you purchased your membership prior to June 18, 2022; an email was sent to you with the instructions to access your new member’s area. The old access is no longer active.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards via PayPal.

If your country does not have PayPal as a payment gateway, please get in touch with us at support@newdiviontheblock.com. We know how frustrating and unfair it is to have our country left out of international payment gateways. We will find a way together in case you can’t use PayPal. 🙂

How long does it take for me to receive the access to my account?

Paypal – International Payment: instantly after payment. An email is also automatically sent with the access link.

PIX: only for residents in Brazil. This is a manual procedure and takes from 20min to 24h.

Is there a limit for download?

Nope. There is no limit of file downloads. 😉

What is the refund policy for my NDOTB Membership?

We offer a no-questions-asked 30 day refund policy. You can request a refund within 30 days of your purchase. Once your payment has been refunded, it can take up to a week to be reflected on your banking balance. After 30 days, purchases are no longer eligible for refunds. Just send a refund request to the email support@newdiviontheblock.com by using the same email registered in the purchase.

How do I get support for my NDOTB Membership?

You can send an email to support@newdiviontheblock.com. We typically respond within 24-48 hours (Monday to Friday). For quicker responses, members will have access to the author via Whatsapp as well. The Whatsapp contact is available inside a PDF file named “Instructions.pdf”. Just unzip any of the layout files and you will find the PDF.

How do I install and activate NDOTB Membership layouts/elements on my website?

* Make sure you have the latest Divi Theme installed and activated;

* Just create a page > open the Visual Builder > Import your layout.

How does layout licensing work?

Use the layouts on as many websites as you like. Do not resell the layouts unless they are part of a website you sell to a customer. After your subscription expires, you will need to renew your membership to continue to receive layout updates, download access, and support from the seller.
