We currently use Payhip as our membership platform for processing payment and automatic access: https://payhip.com. Now the payment processing is integrated on our website and you won’t need to leave the page for buying the membership. The files are hosted by Payhip. Some of our layouts can also be purchased on Divi Marketplace.

For users who bought the NDOTB Lifetime Membership, click the user icon on the top of the page https://payhip.com/newdiviontheblock and enter the login and password you used to create your account:

After logging in, you will see the thumbnail of the product you bought. Just click it to access your member area.

P.S.: If you purchased your membership prior to June 18, 2022; an email was sent to you with the instructions to access your new member’s area. The old access is no longer active.

We accept all major credit cards via PayPal.

If your country does not have PayPal as a payment gateway, please get in touch with us at support@newdiviontheblock.com. We know how frustrating and unfair it is to have our country left out of international payment gateways. We will find a way together in case you can’t use PayPal. 🙂

Yes, you do. An email is automatically sent with the access link after the payment. 

Nope. There is no limit of file downloads. 😉

Given the nature of intangible and non-reversible goods, membership refunds are not provided once the order is confirmed and access to the lifetime membership is granted. If, by any chance, you do not receive the automated email containing your access details, please contact me at support@newdiviontheblock.com using the email linked to your membership purchase. This will allow me to manually provide you with access.

Please submit a claim if your digital download is found to be defective. I am here to provide assistance and guidance, typically responding within 24 to a maximum of 48 hours, to ensure that your layout functions similarly to the original live demo. Please note that support is not provided for custom codes or custom designs. It is also important to emphasize that we do not take responsibility for any incompatibility with other web servers or plugins. Our layouts are tested on clean WordPress installations. Each layout’s live preview page demonstrates its functionality.
