Ive been training for many many years and thought I was a know it all until I meet John. John is a one of a kind trainer you will find out there now a day. He is super knowledgeable. He is a go to either you need to lose weight, gain muscle, nutrition, loss of mobility and any muscle tightness or soreness. Its crazy to say since I meet John I don’t ever need to go to my RMT, or chiropractor. John is a one stop, he works his magic every time. The atmosphere at Impulse is amazing especially the group classes. Everyone is so encouraging and it makes working out so easy and fun. Thank you John for being such an amazing trainer, you are a one of a kind 🙂 big thanks to fixing my messed up shoulder after my bad fall from skiing 😀
